“Amazon’s track record of helping the environment is certainly commendable. What I would appreciate in ordering from them is an option where the customer has the ability to decide which type of packaging they’d prefer. For instance, sometimes I receive paperback books in large boxes with airbags in them, when a bubble envelope will minimize shipping cost. That really should change so the customer has control over things. It would result in much less waste.”
